Not everyone is comfortable with sharing their problems, but I have found once people have sat with me for a short while, I can help to take some of that fear away. I believe with the right support and conditions, we all have the ability to change.

You may decide after our meeting and had time to reflect that counseling with me is not for you; you are under no obligation to book any further sessions. If you felt another therapist would be more suited to your needs, then I would be happy to help you manage this with you.
